Complete End-to-End Process

Complete Big Brake System Architecture

Each brake system is designed around vehicle specific constraints including suspension geometry, wheel clearance, and hydraulic balance. Rotor diameter, thickness, disc annulus, and caliper piston sizing are evaluated to achieve optimal torque output, pedal feel, and thermal capacity. Every caliper used in Tustin Garage systems originates from OEM production road cars.

Multi-Stage Powder Coating Finishes

Calipers are disassembled and stripped to bare substrate, media-prepared, and powder coated using a multi-layer coating process. Powder coating achieves greater chemical resistance, corrosion protection, and a more durable finish.

3D CAD Caliper Bracket Design

Custom caliper brackets are developed using 3D CAD modeling to ensure precise caliper positioning, pad sweep optimization, and structural rigidity. Prototype brackets are manufactured and test-fitted to validate proper alignment and suspension clearance.
